Job Title- Customer Care Executive

Location: DLF 2 Building, 3rd Floor, Tower B, Newtown, Rajarhat, Kolkata 700156

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound customer calls for Flipkart.

– Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously.

– Provide information about products, services, order status, and return policies.

– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

– Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer issues.

– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

– Education: Minimum qualification is 12th Pass.

– Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

– Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Skills:

  – Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

  – Ability to handle high call volumes.

  – Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

  – Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in typing.

 Compensation:

– Fresher: ₹12,700 in hand per month.

– Experienced: ₹15,400 in hand per month.
